How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Navigate to Your Profile: Tap on ‘Profile’.
  2. Proceed to Settings: Tap on ‘Settings’.
  3. Select Account Option: Here, you’ll find the option to delete your account.

Important considerations:

  • Data Loss: Deleting your account will erase all associated data, including connections to banks, ownership structures, holdings, and alerts.
  • Future Use Challenges: Should you opt to use Monstro again, reestablishing your profile will involve re-adding connections, re-inputting holdings, and responding to the initial profile questions.
  • Email Subscriptions: Account deletion doesn’t automatically remove you from any email lists you’ve subscribed to.

Please note, your account deletion request will undergo review, but you’ll be denied access immediately.
